Working Relationships

Effective working relationships are pivotal to the success of any project, and first and foremost comes the relationship with the client. Good communication, careful listening and regular reporting are key elements to the groundwork of confidence between these two parties. Beyond that there is the creativity of working with other professional disciplines, the rigour of working with contractors and the thrill of working with community artists. EELA relishes these working relationships and counts it a privilege to work with tangata whenua on aspirations relating to historic heritage and landscapes of cultural significance.
